InAge of Empires III, the default population capacity is 200. This can be increased by building houses, with each house increasing the population capacity by 10. The maximum population capacity that can be reached by building houses is 250. However, there is a cheat code that can be used to increase the population capacity
Population limit extended: At some point we've all thought 200 population cap is needlessly limiting and unrealistically small. Age of Empires 3: Unleashed bumps up the limit up to 250, which is the game's hardcoded limit. - Fortifications improved: AoE 3 never provided enough freedom in building defenses. Tower limits, weak walls, you name it.
Ummyou can't, it's there for a reason buddy. Build 10 houses to get 100 pop and capture additional TC's for additional population. Still there is a limit of 300. After 300, no matter how many TCs you captured, you can't raise the pop which is unnecessary. The global pop limit is already fixed by 10 houses + no. of TCs in the map.
